Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happy father Henry. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung, where I share my daily life, highs, lows, and everything in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. In order to give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. I thought my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from university, be offered a corporate position, marry and begin a family. Though I believed that this was the definition of successful, my life was not following the plans. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Although the salary and position was good, I didn't feel like it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was simply wasting my time. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with other people led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own business. Few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. It is my goal to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to follow their dreams and achieve anything they desire in life. As my career started to take off, I had the most devastating loss of my life, my mother's death. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is now resting on Heaven. I will never forget her and always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. Life really does have the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even if we are unable to see the lesson at the time. Many ways, my mother's passing changed me. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to experience her loss. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. It was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. What I'm experiencing now in my 30s is a sense of aliveness and awareness. It's as if I'm truly living and not just existing. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences as well as my words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is essential as is regular. The health of a person is the most important asset. I pray that you live your the life you want to live and have your death be without regrets, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.
