Anita Barone

Barone was a character in Gail Cunningham (a chef) in The Shoes of Seinfeld, the episode from season 4. Barone was looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. In the early 1990s she was a regular cast member on Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone also played the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in the character's first appearance in Friends. Jane Sibbett took over her role after Barone quit the show to focus on her full-time job. She was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home, from 2005 to 2007. Barone played a role in Daddio (2000). Barone has also appeared in Desperate housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately Housewives. Barone's work on the film One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. Barone began her character as the mother to Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in 2010 - three years after The War at Home concluded its run. Matthew Glave Guest Starred in Two Episodes in Shake It Up. He appeared as J.J. Jones. Barone's ex-husband.
